Our Core Privacy Principle: Your Data Stays With You

The Anabolic Tracker App is designed with your privacy as the top priority. All data you enter into the App is stored exclusively and locally on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, store, access, or have any visibility into your personal tracking data.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, process, or store any of the following information entered or generated by you within the App:

• Specific anabolic compound names, concentrations, sources, batch numbers, or any protocol details.
• Administration logs, including amounts, dates, times, injection sites, or personal notes.
• Scheduled administrations or related calendar entries.
• Data entered into or results generated by any calculator features.
• Health information or specifics of your medically supervised protocols.

2. Local Storage Only

All information you input and manage within the Anabolic Tracker App remains entirely on your device and under your control. We, the developers, have no access to this information. Deleting the App will generally remove this data from your device (subject to standard device OS behavior).

3. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools that would transmit your usage data or any personal information.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions solely for its intended functionality:

• Local storage access (required to save your tracking data on your device).
• Notifications (optional, only if you enable administration reminders).

No other device resources or personal information are accessed.

5. Data Security

The security of the information stored within the App relies on the security measures you employ on your device (e.g., passcode, Face ID/Touch ID). You are responsible for securing your device to protect your locally stored data.

6. Third-Party Services (Apple)

Your use of the Apple App Store to download the App and manage subscriptions is governed by Apple's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your personal App Store account information, except for anonymous validation tokens from Apple solely to confirm active subscription status.

7. Required Subscription

Access to and use of the App requires a paid subscription, managed entirely through the Apple App Store based on the following terms:

• Monthly and annual subscription options are available.
• The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial period ends for the annual option).
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you (the user) and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

8. Children's Privacy

This App is rated 17+ on the App Store. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Regardless of user age, the core design principle of this App is that no personal data is collected by us. All user-entered data is stored locally on the user's device. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on the App Store listing and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Please review this policy periodically.
