Our Core Privacy Principle: Your Data Stays With You (After Analysis)

The Form Fix App is designed with user privacy in mind. While video analysis requires temporary processing, the resulting feedback, scores, and history data you generate within the App are stored exclusively and locally on your own device after this initial analysis. We do not permanently store your videos, nor do we access or have visibility into the results stored locally on your device.

1. Information We Process (and What We DON'T Collect Permanently)

Workout Videos (Temporary Processing Only):

To provide the core form analysis functionality, the App requires access to workout videos you choose to upload.

• Purpose: These videos are transmitted securely to a third-party AI service provider solely for the purpose of performing biomechanical analysis and generating form feedback.
• Content: Videos necessarily contain images of the user performing exercises.
• Retention: Videos are processed temporarily by the AI service and are discarded immediately after the analysis is complete. We do not store copies of your videos on our servers or within the App locally long-term.

Analysis Results (Stored Locally):

The feedback, scores, recommendations, and related data generated by the AI analysis are sent back to the App and stored only on your local device.

Exercise Type (User Input):

The type of exercise you select is used to guide the AI analysis and is stored locally with your results.

Information We Do NOT Collect:

We do not collect, process, or store any other personal information, health details (beyond what's visible in the video), specific equipment details, user account credentials (unless using Sign in with Apple/Google for specific features like iCloud sync, which is governed by their policies), or precise location data through the App itself.

2. Local Storage for Results and History

All analysis results (scores, feedback, recommendations) and your workout history generated within the Form Fix App are stored entirely on your device and under your control. We, the developers, have no access to this information. Deleting the App will generally remove this locally stored data from your device (subject to standard device OS behavior).

3. Third-Party AI Service Processing

To perform the form analysis, your uploaded videos are temporarily processed by a third-party AI service provider (e.g., services leveraging models like Google Gemini or similar).

• We send the video data securely for analysis.
• The provider processes the video to generate form feedback.
• The video data is not retained by us or, per standard data processing agreements, by the AI provider after the analysis task is complete.

Your use of the App implies consent to this temporary processing. The AI provider's handling of data during processing is governed by their respective privacy policies (e.g., Google's Privacy Policy).

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools that would transmit your usage data, workout videos, analysis results, or any other personal information.

5. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions solely for its intended functionality:

• Photo Library Access: Required to allow you to select and upload existing workout videos for analysis.
• Camera Access (Optional): Required only if you wish to record workout videos directly within the App for analysis.
• Local Storage Access: Required to save your analysis results and history data on your device.

No other device resources or personal information are accessed.

6. Data Security

The security of the information stored locally within the App relies on the security measures you employ on your device (e.g., passcode, Face ID/Touch ID). You are responsible for securing your device. For the temporary video processing, we use secure transmission methods, and rely on the security infrastructure of our third-party AI service provider during the brief processing window.

7. Third-Party Services (Apple App Store)

Your use of the Apple App Store to download the App and manage subscriptions is governed by Apple's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your personal App Store account information, except for anonymous validation tokens from Apple solely to confirm active subscription status.

8. Subscription Requirement

Access to and use of the App's analysis features beyond any initial free offering requires a paid subscription, managed entirely through the Apple App Store based on the following terms:

• Monthly and weekly subscription options are available.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial period ends, if applicable).
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you (the user) and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9. Children's Privacy

This App is rated 4+ on the App Store. The App is intended for general audiences but is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13 for independent use without parental supervision, especially regarding the creation or uploading of video content. While videos recorded or uploaded by users may inadvertently contain images of children, the core design principle of this App is that no video data is permanently stored by us, and no personal data that could directly identify a child is intentionally collected by us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on the App Store listing, potentially within the App, and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Please review this policy periodically.
