Our Core Privacy Principle: Your Conversations Stay Private (After Analysis)

The Rizz Coach App is designed with user privacy as a foremost concern. While analyzing your conversation screenshots requires temporary processing, the resulting feedback, scores, and suggestions you generate within the App are primarily designed to be for your eyes only. We do not permanently store your conversation screenshots, nor do we typically access or have visibility into the results and feedback generated for you after the initial analysis, unless you explicitly choose features that may involve temporary server-side caching for functionality (which will be clearly indicated).

1. Information We Process (and What We DON'T Collect Permanently)

Conversation Screenshots (Temporary Processing Only):

• Purpose: To provide the core conversation analysis functionality, the App requires access to screenshots of dating app conversations you choose to upload.
• Content: These screenshots will contain text from your conversations, and may also include usernames/handles, profile pictures (if visible in the screenshot), and other information present in the dating app's chat interface.
• Retention: Screenshots are transmitted securely to a third-party AI service provider solely for the purpose of performing conversation analysis and generating feedback (e.g., Rizz Score, suggestions). These screenshots are processed temporarily by the AI service and are discarded immediately after the analysis is complete. We do not store copies of your screenshots on our servers long-term.

Analysis Results:

The feedback, Rizz scores, suggestions, and related data generated by the AI analysis are sent back to the App. This data is stored on your local device.

Information We Do NOT Collect:

• We do not access your dating app accounts or credentials.
• We do not collect messages or conversation data outside of the screenshots you explicitly upload.
• We do not collect, process, or store any other sensitive personal information beyond what is visible in the uploaded screenshots, unless you opt into specific features that require it (and consent will be sought).

2. Local Storage for Results and History

Analysis results (scores, feedback, suggestions) and your history of analyzed conversations generated within the Rizz Coach App are stored on your device and under your control. We, the developers, do not have access to this information. Deleting the App will generally remove this locally stored data from your device.

3. Third-Party AI Service Processing

To perform the conversation analysis, your uploaded screenshots are temporarily processed by a third-party AI service provider.

• We send the screenshot data securely for analysis.
• The provider processes the screenshot to generate conversational feedback.
• The screenshot data is not retained by us or, per standard data processing agreements, by the AI provider after the analysis task is complete.

Your use of the App implies consent to this temporary processing. The AI provider's handling of data during processing is governed by their respective privacy policies (e.g., OpenAI's Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy).

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions solely for its intended functionality:

• Photo Library Access: Required to allow you to select and upload existing conversation screenshots for analysis.
• Local Storage Access: Required to save your analysis results and history data on your device.

No other device resources or personal information are accessed without your explicit consent for specific features.

5. Data Security

The security of the information stored locally within the App relies on the security measures you employ on your device (e.g., passcode, Face ID/Touch ID). You are responsible for securing your device.

6. Third-Party Services (Apple App Store)

Your use of the Apple App Store to download the App and manage subscriptions is governed by Apple's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your personal App Store account information, except for anonymous validation tokens from Apple solely to confirm active subscription status.

7. Subscription Requirement

Access to and use of the App's analysis features beyond any initial free offering (if applicable) requires a paid subscription, managed entirely through the Apple App Store based on the following terms:

• Weekly, Monthly, and annual subscription options are available.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial period ends, if applicable).
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you (the user) and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on the App Store listing, potentially within the App, and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Please review this policy periodically.
