Our Core Privacy Principle: Your Data Stays With You

The StockVal App is designed with your privacy as the top priority.

• Public Data: All stock market data, including financial statements, news, and analyst ratings, displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available or third-party data providers. We do not receive or store this public data on our servers.
• Your Personal Data: Any personal information you generate within the App, such as bookmarked stocks, valuation history snapshots, custom financial assumptions, and your screener preferences, is stored exclusively and locally on your device.

We do not collect, transmit, store, access, or have any visibility into your locally stored bookmarks or valuation history, or your app usage patterns.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, process, or store any of the following information:

• Any personal identifying information about you.
• Your personal financial information, trading activity, or investment portfolio details.
• Your search queries, screener selections, or custom valuation inputs (these are processed and stored locally on your device).
• Any insights, analysis, or decisions you make based on the App's information.

2. Local Storage Only

All information you input and manage within the App (e.g., bookmarks, valuation history, custom assumptions), remains entirely on your device and under your control. We, the developers, have no access to this information. Deleting the App will generally remove this data from your device (subject to standard device OS behavior).

3. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools that would transmit your usage data or any personal information to us or any third party.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions solely for its intended functionality:

• Local storage access: Required to save your bookmarks, valuation history, and preferences on your device.

No other device resources or personal information are accessed.

5. Data Security

The security of the information stored within the App relies on the security measures you employ on your device (e.g., passcode, Face ID/Touch ID). You are responsible for securing your device to protect your locally stored data.

6. Third-Party Services (Apple)

Your use of the Apple App Store to download the App and manage subscriptions is governed by their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. We do not have access to your personal App Store account information.

7. Required Subscription

Access to and use of certain advanced features and historical data sets within the App requires a paid subscription, managed entirely through your device's app store based on the following terms:

• Subscription options (e.g., monthly, annual) will be available, and details, including any free trial periods, will be specified at the point of purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after any free trial period ends).
• Subscriptions typically auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you (the user) and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

8. Children's Privacy

This App is rated appropriately on its respective app stores. Regardless of user age, the core design principle of this App is that no personal data is collected by us. All user-entered data is stored locally on the user's device. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on the App Store listing and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Please review this policy periodically.
